Heatherly has returned to racing in particularly slick form this time and remains outright $4.80 favourite in 2016 Oakleigh Plate betting markets with leading online bookie Ladbrokes.com.au.

Heatherly has been a strong and consistent performer for Mathew Ellerton and Simon Zahra through her short but impressive racing career so far; posting four wins and three minors through a total of eight starts.

Resuming in December for second in the Total Logistic Solutions BM78 (1000m), the Lonhro filly placed third in the Jeep 55 Second Challenge (955m) before returning to winning form in the Slickpix BM78 (1000m) on January 2nd.

Repeating the dose in the Andrew Guy Plate (1100m) on January 30th, Heatherly made a successful transition to black type racing when delivering a handy field a resounding five-and-a-half-length defeat in the Group 2 Rubiton Stakes (1100m) on February 13th.

A Group 1 winner, Bounding has performed well in a number of barrier trials prior to her competitive return and represents terrific value at outright $6.50 second-favourite in 2016 Oakleigh Plate betting markets.

Posting eight wins and seven minors through only sixteen competitive starts, the daughter of Lonhro debuted for Peter and Paul Snowden in the recent Spring Carnival and immediately displayed her worth when winning the Group 3 The Shark.com.au Stakes (1100m) by four lengths.

Running third in the Group 3 Sheraco Stakes (1200m) before returning to the paddock, Bounding will be tough to beat in the Oakleigh Plate should she draw favourably on Wednesday.

Three-year-old Keen Array more than announced himself to the Australian racing community through the recent Spring Carnival and rests as outright $& third favourite to resume for success in the Oakleigh Plate.

Failing to finish worse than second through six starts in spring, the Bel Esprit gelding won the William Hill Plate (1200m) on October 2nd; making a successful transition to black type company when beating a classy field to the line in the Listed Blue Sapphire Stakes (1200m) before finishing second to Japonisme in the Group 1 Coolmore Stud Stakes (1200m) most recently on October 31st.

Fell Swoop and Kinglike remain locked on the fourth line of Oakleigh Plate betting and represent terrific value at $9 quotes.
